How does the consultation work?

BOOK LAYOUT REVIEW
Once your Floor Plan Review is booked, Fold Space Studio will issue a questionnaire to capture a clear understanding of your project. You will be asked to provide your existing floor plans or layouts, along with other relevant information and a brief overview of your goals, priorities, and concerns.

FINALISE FLOOR PLAN
Following the workshop, your feedback is integrated, and you will receive a revised and annotated floor plan.

INITIAL BRIEFING CALL
An initial 30-minute briefing call is scheduled to discuss your project in detail. During this conversation, we clarify your brief, confirm priorities, and discuss any constraints or opportunities identified.

FLOOR PLAN REVIEW WORKSHOP
We will conduct a 2-hour workshop to analyze the site and existing layout in detail. This aims to ensure the proposed improvements respond to the client's current concern.

This service is ideal for anyone who already has a floor plan or design in progress but feels it doesn’t quite meet their expectations.
