Lomond Terrace located in East Geelong is a cleverly planned 2 storied townhouse development maximises the use of site while complying with all required planning rules. The design is influenced by modern art deco theme with a curved front entry wall and render to complement the street scape. The proposed design brings diversity within the area by creating intrinsic historical architectural evidences of post-war house construction that exists within East-Geelong and surrounding areas. The curvature of each proposed townhouse highlights the entry point creating opulent appearance to the current architectural styles. The materials have been selected for their relatively lower environmental impact, and both of the townhouses have beed designed to maximise the thermal comfort and minimise the use energy.
