This beautiful split-level home combined with a simple palette of materials to achieve a contemporary yet timeless appearance. The house has been design for a family of four who wanted a residence that follows the natural topography yet keeping the contemporary look from the street view.

Designing with topography isn’t just about fitting a house to the land—it’s about revealing its potential. By stepping the floor plan into the slope, we can naturally lift ceiling heights in key spaces. This creates volume, light, and drama without adding unnecessary height to the building. What looks like a challenge on paper often becomes the defining feature of the home.
